MOUNT LAVINIA

Amari Galle is secluded in front of a vast rainforest on Sri Lanka’s southwest coast, with every room facing the Indian Ocean. It’s an ideal vantage point to drink in the incredible Sri Lankan sunsets from your own private balcony every evening.

The Amari Galle is superbly located. The beach is right on your doorstep, and Galle’s old town where there are forts and plenty to see is a 10-minute ride away.

The hub of the hotel is the beautiful free-form swimming pool, a stone’s throw from the sand and sea. With plenty of sun loungers and couple-sized Balinese beds, the pool area is perfect for relaxing with a drink from the pool bar. The garden, scattered with tropical trees is also a beautiful, relaxing haven.

The buffet restaurant has live cooking stations and lays out spreads of International and Asian dishes, using fresh, quality ingredients. The poolside snack bar serves lighter bites to eat throughout the day, and after-dinner drinks are available from the rooftop bar.

The children will be well taken care of and entertained at the kids’ club. The spa offers plenty of relaxing treatments to indulge in, whilst the fully equipped gym allows for a full-body workout.
