Land of Peaks, Plains and Legendary Wildlife
Discover Tanzania
Kilimanjaro dominates Tanzania’s skyline as it does its tourism, standing as Africa’s highest peak and a challenge for the adventurous. Beyond its imposing presence lies a land of extraordinary beauty: UNESCO World Heritage sites, predator-rich plains, and landscapes steeped in ancient human history.
Perhaps no experience compares to the Serengeti. This boundless grassland, Tanzania’s oldest National Park, is home to lions, cheetahs, and leopards, where witnessing a predator in action often feels like a private encounter within the vast expanse.
The park’s prey includes gazelles, zebras, and around 1.5 million wildebeest, whose seasonal trek north into Kenya—following the calving season is known as the Great Migration, widely celebrated as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
Predators abound across Tanzania, and the Ngorongoro Crater, recognised by UNESCO, hosts the densest lion population on Earth. The conservation area also shelters the ‘Big Five’, offering safari-goers a truly unforgettable wildlife experience.
