The breakfast buffet is good here and there is a wide choice of dishes for lunch and dinner, as well as a cosy bar area. The hotel in general is well maintained and the service friendly and professional.

The larger property, located in the Cazanchise area, is within walking distance of the UNECA centre on Marshal Tito Road. The other is in Bole, moments away from the airport and located near major shopping centres.

Facilities include a restaurant serving European cuisine and selected traditional Ethiopian food. In the larger property there is a 24-hour bar and lounge, health and fitness club, massage, sauna and steam room.
