The lodge makes the most of the incredible conservation area within which it is nestled. At Ngorongoro Lodge, you will see, hear and feel the Ngorongoro Crater within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with every breath and step you take.
The lodge has been painstakingly designed to ensure it maintains respect for the environment and ecosystem of this breathtaking 8km squared oasis which is home to tens of thousands of species that all play their part in maintaining the area’s ecological balance.

Rooms
The rooms and suites are decorated with a blend of luxury and Maasai-inspired finishings to reflect the fauna, flora and history of the Ngorongoro ecosystem. All have full-length windows perfectly framing views of the Ngorongoro Crater. There are also interconnected rooms suitable for groups or families, and a wide range of room and suite categories. Some suites also have spectacular outdoor terraces.
